這裡最有名的就是雞絲河粉啦！怡保河粉滑嫩的口感是在別的地方吃不到滴！對了，還有豬肉沙嗲、燉蛋也很好吃喔！

來到怡保當然要嚐嚐這裏的雪花啤酒啦！雪花啤酒是什麼品牌的酒？不是啦～他們把啤酒杯冰凍起來，當冰冷的啤酒倒入冰凍過的啤酒杯，啤酒的泡泡就會變得冰冰的，入口的口感就像片片雪花那樣。晚上可以在這裏點一些下酒菜，配上冰涼的雪花啤酒，爽！

You must try the Snow Beer here! Order some dishes + the cold snow beer. What is Snow Beer: The beer glass chilled until frozen and when served, the beer foam turn icy and the beer itself remained super cold but still in liquid form.

這裡的炸料每天現做現炸，非常新鮮美味。除了吃炸料，當然還要吃他們家的叻沙粉！炸料配叻沙粉！這家是在室內的喔，不是旁邊半戶外的那家。不過旁邊那區粥檔的豬什粥滿好吃的喔！飲料可以點這裡透明的紅豆沙（冰）。吃完了可以順道去明裕食品買餅喔！

Yong Tau Foo here are freshly made everday (fried one nicer) and you must try their Laksa noodle (Asam Laksa). Porridge at the next area also not bad. Famous dessert here: Red Bean Ice.

這裏有名的就是牛腩粉啦！不過如果不吃牛肉的話，也可以吃他們的料粉。他們的牛肉湯很好喝，牛肉燉得入口即化。

Famous Beef noodles​ at Ipoh, Menglembu. The soup is clear and tasty, beef also cooked until very tender.

​相信你一定聽過怡保白咖啡吧！到了怡保就直接到店裡喝一杯現泡的白咖啡吧！味道和包裝的白咖啡完全不同喔！對面就是南巷白咖啡。兩家都是老店，口味有些不一樣，喜歡哪家全憑個人喜好了！

You must try the authentic Ipoh White Coffee at these 2 coffee shop! Taste totally different with those 3 in 1 old town white coffee.

這裏的咖哩粉湯和乾咖喱面都很有名喔！裡面總是人山人海，一位難求。想吃看道地的乾咖喱面，來這裡就對啦！

They sell 2 types of curry: curry soup noodle & dry curry noodle. If you never tried dry curry before, you should try it here!

這裡的豆腐花非常滑嫩，入口即化，如果不方便停車，可以drive thru的喔！普通的就是豆腐花＋糖水，白白就是豆腐花＋豆奶。吃了豆腐花可以順便到附近的新榮香餅家買加央角來吃喔！

Ipoh famous Soya Milk & Soya Beancurd. If can't find a parking at this area, you can just drive thru order. After that, you can buy some Kaya Puff at Sin Eng Heong nearby.

已經做到第四代的麻薯和花生糊，在他們家門前的小小檔口就只買這兩樣。堅持傳統手工的好味道，麻薯Q彈，花生糊綿密絲滑。

4th generation doing this traditional business now, all handmade. Only sell Muah Chee and peanut soup. Their Muah Chee very chewy & the peanut soup is very smooth.

南香白咖啡也座落在怡保舊街場，就在新源隆白咖啡正對面。喝白咖啡當然得點上一盤鴛鴦燒麵包！這就是怡保式的早餐啦！兩家咖啡店裡外都有一些買早餐的檔口，隨便點都好吃～

​Nam Heong Kopitiam also located at Ipoh Old Town, just opposite to Sin Yoon Loong. Besides of white coffee, you should try the YuanYang toast. There are also a lot of breakfast stalls inside or surrounding the kopitiam. Just try it out! all of them tasty!

早餐一定要吃這裏的「金粉」！金粉不是裡面有金子啦！是金黃色的蛋包著炒粿條，香氣四溢，粿條滑嫩爽口，鍋氣十足喔！

Golden Kuay Teow? It means golden egg covered the fried kuay teow lah! Very delicious!

來怡保吃老黃芽菜雞？哎呀，那是遊客吃滴！道地怡保人就會來吃這家啦！不過他們不是常常有營業的喔！老闆看心情營業的XD 這裏的沙河粉細滑，雞肉滑嫩，芽菜爽口。

這家的炒粉/炒飯都是用傳統的炭火炒出來的喔！炒出來的食物多了一股炭燒香氣，非常美味。除了炭火炒的食物，他們家的豬腳醋也很好吃喔！晚一點到的話就都賣光光了～

They use traditional charcoal fire to fried noodles/rice, thats why very delicious! Besides those fried stuff, their black vinegar pig trotter also very nice (sold out fast).
